Clients come to us for short term help with home management or 24/7 care and support, or to be alongside families and clients at the end of life. Our group of companies includes Care on Call, Florence Nightingale and Medcall.

We are a 24/7 nationwide business with a team of caring, capable and well trained coordinators booking shifts, managing roster changes and organising staff across our New Zealand offices.
We are looking for a full time Administration Superstar to support our Care Coordinators and Managers in our Christchurch Office.What will you do?
- Triage care referrals and load onto database
- Manage quality calls to clients and ensure they are happy with our service
- Assist with monthly quality reports
- Manage ad hoc projects, travel and events as needed
- Provide support to the manager with all things admin
- Take care of ordering supplies, mail, reception, etc.
- Excellent administration experience (minimum 1 2 years)
- Ability to juggle and prioritise urgent tasks
- Awesome phone manner
- Customer service focus
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a huge bonus
- Wants to be part of a team and company that helps others
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a busy team
You must have a current work visa or legal right to work in NZ.
