You will lead the development of a high-impact mobile platform that integrates advanced AI to support mental health outcomes. By architecting scalable React Native applications and integrating LLM-powered features, you will directly influence the recovery journey of thousands of users. What you will do

• Architect and maintain a complex React Native codebase featuring over 30 modules and robust state management via Redux Toolkit.
• Lead the integration of AI services and LLM backends using AWS Bedrock to create personalized user experiences.
• Own the end-to-end mobile release process, including App Store submissions and the implementation of advanced monitoring tools like Datadog.

The ideal candidate

• Has over 6 years of experience in React/React Native with at least 3 years specifically leading mobile application development.
• Possesses deep expertise in the Expo ecosystem (EAS) and shipping production-grade apps to both iOS and Android stores.
• Demonstrates a strong full-stack background with TypeScript, NestJS, and AWS, alongside a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
