As an early engineer at this high-growth startup, you will build AI-powered tools that automate complex sales workflows and unlock deep conversational insights. Working across the full stack, you will ship production-grade code, collaborate directly with customers, and play a foundational role in defining the company's technical architecture and culture.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end features using a modern stack of React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of experience in high-growth startups with proficiency in React, Python, and production systems.
• Demonstrates a passion for building Gen AI or LLM applications and finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Thrives in a collaborative setting, possessing both the independence to figure things out and a strong customer-centric mindset.
