Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Salary: £75k-£100k + Equity

Company Description: Aisy.ai - Seed-funded AI-native cybersecurity startup

Job Description: You will join as a founding engineer building an AI engine that prioritizes cybersecurity threats through the lens of an attacker. Working directly with the founder, you'll develop a Python-based backend and React frontend to automate complex vulnerability management, transforming how organizations defend against sophisticated, multi-stage digital attacks.

Location: London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:
  • Work directly alongside founder Shlomie Liberow, former HackerOne R&D lead who managed security programs for the UK Ministry of Defence and FTSE 100 companies.
  • Join a high-caliber team backed by a $2.3M seed round from 6 Degrees Capital, Flying Fish, and Osney Capital, with advisors from DeepMind and 1Password.
  • Gain massive ownership as one of the first 6 employees, shaping the product architecture of a platform targeting the $17B+ vulnerability management market.
What you will do:
  • Build and maintain core product features across a Python/Prefect backend and React frontend, handling everything from authorization logic to production debugging.
  • Translate customer requirements into shipping code rapidly, developing synthetic data generation tools and configuration investigation workflows to enhance the AI engine.
  • Apply real-world attacker logic to software, creating systems that identify exploit chains and root causes rather than just reporting isolated bugs.
The ideal candidate:
  • 2-6 years of professional engineering experience with strong fundamentals in Python and modern React, having shipped products in both startup and scaled environments.
  • Proven ability to manage databases and write effective tests, with a pragmatic approach to using LLMs as a force multiplier for development.
  • A curious, high-energy generalist who thrives in an office-first culture (4 days a week) and is motivated by the challenge of building a company from the ground up.
