What you'll be doing

As a Graduate Full Stack Engineer you'll be responsible for projects from conception to completion, developing an in depth knowledge of the full digital journey and seeing your ideas in production.

• Working with senior client stakeholders to understand a business problem
• Designing and testing solutions, including proof of concepts and iterating models and production software until the business problem is solved
• Utilising leading edge technologies across multiple platforms
• Writing and deploying code
• Using CI/CD pipelines to maintain code in production

Essential skills

• A degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Engineering
• Understanding of IT solutions and some software coding experience either in university or through previous work
• Proficient experience with large language models such as GPT 3, ChatGPT, BART or similar
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering techniques
• Strong understanding of model limitations, biases, and risks, and a proven track record of mitigating these challenges
• Experience fine tuning and adapting pre trained language models for specific domains or tasks
• Technical aptitude and a keen interest in tech/coding/development
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver projects within agreed timescales
• Team collaboration skills, both internally and externally
