You will own the product experience end to end, translating complex procurement workflows into intuitive, polished React applications. What you will do

• Lead the development of user facing features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, maintaining a robust and scalable design system.
• Bridge the gap between AI capabilities and user needs by designing intuitive interfaces for complex, multi step agentic workflows.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, and deploy production ready code in days.

The ideal candidate

• Has 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript and React, plus proficiency in Python.
• Demonstrates exceptional product intuition and a "design first" mindset, capable of making UI/UX decisions without a dedicated design function.
• Thrives in high ambiguity, fast paced startup settings and possesses the right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
