Full Stack Developer - HIRING ASAP

Location: 1 week in Galway office, 3 weeks working from home
Rate: €350 - €410 per day

Summary

Our client has an agile scrum team that is responsible for the Contact Center platform and engineering which provides their voice, email, and web chat communication channels. They pride themselves on being full stack engineers with a thirst for continued learning, a team-first attitude, and a focus on delivering value to the organization. The platform services over 20M clients and processes more than 35M customer interactions per year while operating on a 24x7 basis.

Key Skills

• Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript, C++ and/or any other programming language
• Strong UI experience in Angular or JavaScript.
• Experienced in developing APIs, micro-services, CI/CD pipelines and using uDeploy, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Experienced with Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployment practices will be a plus.
• Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and software design, development, test and operational automation.
• Hands-on Azure/AWS experience or desire to build cloud experience (eg certifications, training).
• Working with Event Driven Architecture Kafka, Webhooks a plus.
• Test Driven Development JUnit, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Jest, etc.
• Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in high pressure/visibility situations within tight timeframes.
• Self-starter, curious, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn, and mentor others every day.
• 6 + years hands-on experience as a software engineer.
