Full-Spectrum HR Generalist - 12-Month FTC

Artis Recruitment is supporting an organisation in Yeovil to recruit an HR Generalist on a 12-month FTC. This broad role covers employee relations, absence, recruitment, payroll, compliance and HR strategy.

You'll own a varied workload, work closely with People Managers and the HR team, and help implement practical HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. Hands-on approach, strong communication and the ability to work independently are essential.
