Summary

To oversee our retail staff, we are looking for a motivated and accomplished fuel station manager. The ideal applicant would be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and have great sales management abilities. You will be in charge of managing day-to-day operations, increasing sales, and making sure our store reaches its performance goals in your role as store manager. Excellent organisational and time management skills are necessary for this position, as is the ability to lead a varied team.

Duties

• Motivate and lead the retail staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, such as staff scheduling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Create and execute sales strategy to increase profits and improve client satisfaction.
• To promote a high-performing team atmosphere, train, mentor, and assess employee performance.
• Keep the store spotless, well-organised, and friendly for both patrons and staff.
• Verify adherence to health and safety laws as well as corporate policies and procedures.
• Use good phone manners to properly handle consumer complaints and questions.
• To guarantee product availability, keep an eye on stock levels and arrange orders as needed.

Requirements

• A track record of success in retail management or a related position with an emphasis on sales management.
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to effectively manage several responsibilities.
• Outstanding time management abilities to efficiently prioritise tasks.
• The capacity to deliver outstanding customer service and sell products with assurance.
• Speaking two or more languages is beneficial when interacting with a wide range of clients.
• Excellent team management abilities and background in staff development and leadership.
• Aproactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
