Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining externally and internally recognised technical expertise in areas such as IT & Cyber Risk Management / Transformation, Operational Resilience, IT Internal Audit technical SMR support, Third Party Risk Transformation, and AIอล & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance.
  • End-to-endkün leadership of client engagements, leading and coaching our team on a day-to-day basis and as part of assignment delivery.
  • Leading out on business development activities (e.g., pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership, etc.).
  • Identify, nurture and manage client relationships as part of our management team.
  • Effectively manage client facing delivery teams.
  • Ensure that risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout assignment delivery.
  • Foster and develop strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions in the global firm.
Skills and Attributes for Success To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Senior Manager level or equivalent.
  • University graduate preferably from Computer Science / Information Technology background.
  • 8 10+ years of consulting experience in Cloud Resilience, Operational/IT Risk Management, or Cyber with at least 2 3 years at management level; additional experience in IT, project management, service delivery and regulatory matters is relevant.
Ideally, you will also have:
  • Big 4 management experience and training.
  • Knowledge of regulators and guidelines affecting the financial services industry (DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management).
  • Financial services industry experience (retail banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors, etc.).

  • Knowledge and experience of emerging technology, FinTech, Cloud services & Cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO).
