Frozen production line manager

Responsibilities include driving a frozen production line, managing and training line personnel (team of 3 to 5 people), actively participating in line work with others, ensuring the production of products according to guidelines, organizing and carrying out product packaging (packing and labeling), ensuring product traceability and quality, visually inspecting product quality according to required criteria, responding to simple malfunctions, and participating in departmental improvements. What you bring: Education: Completed vocational training (AFP) in the food sector. Professional experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. A self-sufficient, flexible, organized person who knows how to remain calm, with experience in managing a small team on the line. Good command of tools (MS Office, SAP).
