Frontline Service Team Lead - Coaching & Shop Growth

William Hill PLC is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives in our retail shops across the UK. You will coach staff, maintain high shop standards, and build relationships with customers while championing safer gambling.

Shifts are rota-based, typically 8am-10pm, including evenings and weekends. You will open and close the shop with your team, help achieve sales targets, and take part in a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
