Frontline Housing & Welfare Advocate

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive housing support worker to assist vulnerable individuals across the Northeast. You will manage housing transitions, support service users with interim arrangements, and coordinate resources to promote independence.

The role requires hands-on engagement, diary management, property inspections, and timely repairs coordination. You will work as part of a frontline team, handling safeguarding concerns, conducting visits, and facilitating appointments and referrals.
