Frontline Homeless Assessment Lead

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead the busy frontline Homeless Assessment Team within the Housing Options Service, which provides advice and assistance under the Council's corporate duty to help clients who are homeless.

This role is fast moving and demanding, requiring the ability to respond to service requests, manage change and problem solve while meeting high levels of customer service.
