Frontline Customer Service Advisor - Motor/Bodyshop (Weekdays)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and personable Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established business within the Motor / Bodyshop sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day to day role and thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment. No two days are the same, making this position ideal for someone who enjoys office based duties without being stuck behind a desk all day.
Full training is available, so we are open to candidates from a range of customer facing or administrative backgrounds who can demonstrate excellent organisation skills, confidence communicating with customers both face to face and over the phone, and a positive, team focused attitude.
The RoleAs the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a professional and welcoming experience throughout the customer journey.
- Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries
- Greeting customers and visitors to site
- Providing updates regarding vehicle repairs and progress
- Logging repair enquiries and claims onto internal systems
- Supporting the smooth day to day running of the site
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Assisting the wider team with administrative duties where required
- Confident working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and administration platforms
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Previous reception, administration, customer service experience from a motor (or similar) industry is preferred.
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
- Saturday overtime available (and fully optional)
- Starting salary of £29,742 + monthly bonus scheme
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + birthday off
- Full training and ongoing support
