What you will do

• Build and ship production-ready React and TypeScript features across the web application, focusing on fast and reliable trade workflows.

• Identify UX friction points and prototype iterative improvements to ensure the platform remains the most intuitive tool in the fintech market.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 0-3 years of professional experience with a portfolio of side projects or open-source work demonstrating long-term passion for building.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with a "design-first" mindset regarding visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction quality.
• Is based in London and thrives in an in-office environment (5 days/week) with a high level of ownership over their work and impact.
