What you'll be doing

• Build high-quality, responsive frontend solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and easy for others to extend

• Create custom UI experiences that engage and delight sports fans

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver the best possible solutions

• Integrate APIs and third-party services (including video providers)

• Manage and deploy code to internal environments (Dev, Test)

• Track progress and communicate clearly with the wider project team

• Take pride in the details-performance, accessibility, and polish matter here

• Continuously develop your skills and share knowledge across the team

What we're looking for You have expert knowledge of:

• HTML & CSS

• Responsive web development

• Browser and device testing (including debugging)

• Either SASS development or JavaScript development (vanilla JS is essential)

You're comfortable with:

• SASS

• JavaScript (vanilla essential)

• React

• Gulp workflows

• Git and code management

• JSON data structures

• Jira for task and ticket management

• Documenting frontend solutions and code

• Working with APIs (GET/POST)

• Integrating third-party libraries and applications

You understand:

• NPM and Bower dependency management

• ES6

• Web performance optimisation

• Web accessibility standards

• SEO best practices

• Gulp workflow setup
