What Your Day Will Look Like.
As a Reception Supervisor, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional experience.
- Supervise and support the reception team during daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and confidently handle guest enquiries and feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Maintain hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.
What We Are Looking For.
We are looking for a confident and guest-focused hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team and delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in a front office or reception supervisory role within a luxury five-star hotel environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent guest service and complaint-handling abilities.
- Experience with property management systems (OnQ experience is desirable)
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
