We're looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our day and night teams at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel. You'll ensure smooth operations, excellent guest service, and effective team management across all shifts.

About the role

Key Details:

• Manage both day and night front office teams
• Work 5/7 days, flexible to cover evenings and weekends as needed
• Operate our Opera Cloud system
• Lead by example, provide training, support, and motivate your team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel front office management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a guest-focused approach
• Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred
