Front-Office Emerging Markets Risk Partner

Paragon Alpha is seeking an Emerging Markets Risk Manager to join its London-based Investment Risk team, partnering directly with Portfolio Managers across its expanding EM business to challenge risk positions and support capital allocation.

This front-office role requires strong knowledge of EM products (Rates, FX, Sovereign & Corporate Credit), expertise in VaR, stress testing and scenario analysis, and the ability to translate complex risk into actionable insights.
