Role: Front Office Developer

Compensation: Up To £170,000 P/A + Comps

The role

A high-performing investment-focused firm is seeking an experienced developer to join a small, collaborative technology team supporting business-critical platforms and data systems. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, take ownership of core applications, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of systems that underpin daily operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and enhance internal applications, reporting tools, and data-driven dashboards
• Design, optimise, and maintain complex SQL Server databases and data models
• Work closely with business users to deliver scalable solutions to evolving requirements
• Improve and modernise existing systems while maintaining reliability and performance

What we're looking for

• Strong commercial experience with SQL Server, including query optimisation and database design
• Professional experience developing applications in C#, .NET (or a comparable object-oriented language)
• Background working within financial services, trading, or other fast-paced data-centric environments
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
