Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team in the banking/financial/insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing the front desk efficiently while supporting administrative and customer service functions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking/financial/insurance services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Handle client documentation and ensure all paperwork is correctly filed and processed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, customer service, operations, and compliance.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and mail.
  • Assist with onboarding clients by collecting KYC documents and verifying information.
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and data protection regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Front Office or administrative role, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology, customer onboarding, and KYC/AML regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
