Front of Store Volunteer (Bromsgrove Shop)

Do you have a knack for creating a welcoming environment and love meeting new people? As a Front of Store Volunteer, you'll be the friendly face of our shop, ensuring every visitor feels valued and appreciated. Your role is vital in enhancing the customer experience and supporting our mission to raise essential funds for pets in need.

In this role, you'll greet shoppers as they enter, provide a warm first impression, help customers find what they're looking for, answer questions and offer excellent service throughout their visit. You'll maintain the store's appearance by keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and organised, and assist with setting up eye catching product displays that attract and engage customers. Additionally, you'll support store operations such as restocking shelves to keep the shop looking its best.

Volunteering with us provides a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service and store operations while being part of a supportive team. You'll gain practical experience in a lively, real world setting and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts support our pet welfare mission.
