• Wagamama's front of house team member plays a key role by providing a brilliant experience for our guests. You'll greet and seat them when they arrive, ensuring they feel looked after and have a genuine passion for our food, and bring our menu to life through recommendations. You'll work alongside a talented team of over 100 nationalities, creating memorable moments for guests, being proactive, organised, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. You'll also empower others to thrive through training and personal growth opportunities.
• Wagamama offers a share of the tips (access up to 30% of earnings before pay day with Wagestream), bi weekly pay, flexible hours to support side hustles, and free food on shift. Employees receive 50% of the menu outside of work to treat friends and family. A family friendly policy provides 26 weeks full pay and 13 weeks half pay for expectant or adopting parents.
