Front of House Team Leader - Guest Experience

ST James Facilities is seeking a Team Lead - Front of House for a prestigious mixed-use estate in City of London. You will oversee three reception areas, lead a 4-person FOH team, and be the primary contact for occupiers, visitors, and clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience.

You will drive service excellence, manage rotas and performance, and coordinate reports and events while upholding health and safety standards and company policies.
