Front of House Team Leader - Guest Experience

ST James Facilities seeks a Team Leader to be based at the reception desk, overseeing front of house and additional client areas across the Building. You will represent ST James and its clients and own the reception environment while leading and developing your team.

You will drive exceptional service, manage events and pop-ups, produce rotas, report on FOH performance and implement improvements to ensure a professional, welcoming experience for all visitors.
