Key Responsibilities of aGAUCHOFOH Supervisor

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an exceptional GAUCHOexperience to all our guests through heightened hospitality.
• Be the face of Gaucho anddemonstrateservice excellence while following the GAUCHOCycle of Service and standards.
• Strengthen andmaintainproduct knowledgein order tohost tables and guide guests withpersonalisedmenu choices.
• Support andassistthe management team to maximize sales revenues by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Comfortable delegating responsibilities out to the FOH team.
• Assist Management team with 1-2-1's and FOH team management.
• Support,trainand guide all new team members according to brand standards.
• Ensure all guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Helpmaintaina clean and organized restaurant at all times and follow all set-up and breakdown procedures.
• Close the restaurantaccording to brand standardsand completeclosingadmin duties
