Front of House Shift Lead - Elevate Service & Coaching

Pret A Manger is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise Front of House operations in Oxford. You will coach the team, manage service pace, and ensure consistency with Pret standards of food safety, customer care and speed of service.

In this role you lead by example, delegate tasks, and support training pathways to onboard and develop staff. A hands-on approach and a passion for great guest experiences are essential.
