As an AudiFront of House Manager, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managinga small team of Service Advisors, ensuring compliance to the requisiteprocess and being integral in championing and maintaininga cultureof customer service excellence.
- Effectively managingthe resources at your disposal to achieve the required businessobjectives.
- Maximising uponevery available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediateteam and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of anyrelevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
- Demonstratingalignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communicationstrategy, ensuring that all customers are kept up to date by the relevantService Advisor with the statutes of their vehicle.
- Maintainingelectronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attentionto detail with all administrative tasks.
- Developing effectiveworking relationships with the workshop to ensure that the 'flow' ofinformation from the initial front-of-house experience is timely,accurate, clear and consultative.
- Being integral incontributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused uponfirst time fixes, and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
- Effectivelyutilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialistin your area, in order to accurately advise customers on services and/orproducts.
- Experience workingwithin a service department in the automotive industry
- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
- Excellentunderstanding of the operations of a service department, and the desire toconsistently achieve departmental and business objectives
- Strongorganisational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines,along with good attention to detail
- Full UK drivinglicence
- 2 year's experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
