Front of House Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the Winchester Auto Barn as a Front of House Manager. Winchester Auto Barn is set in the beautiful Test Valley countryside just outside Stockbridge the venue caters for breakfast, lunch, live music events, private functions, wedddings, conferences, local gatherings and much more.

As Front of House Manager you be working closely with the General Manager to offer support and will be overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the restaurant and bar.

• Experienced in a similar fresh food environment

• Hands on with a 'can do' attitude
• Developing and motivating your team, helping to plan and market events.
• Able to thrive in a challenging environment, and be able to think on your feet as and when required.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by establishing, following, and enforcing extremely high standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations.

Salary £35,000 per annum dependent on experience.
