Front of House Leader & Head Butler

Ballyfin Demesne is seeking a Front of House Manager / Head Butler to lead the butler team and craft an unforgettable guest experience in our luxury estate.

You will oversee arrivals and departures, luggage handling, valet services, and the presentation of front-of-house, coordinating with all departments to ensure every stay exceeds expectations.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring hands-on leadership, discretion, and a passion for service excellence.
