Front of House Leader - Guest Experience Champion

Walkabout Leicester is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to guide the FOH team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work with management to bring the venue's vision to life and ensure smooth operations, maintaining consistency in service while creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

Ideal candidates will have prior FOH leadership experience in pubs or bars, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
