Front of House Hero - Gym & Café (Ad-Hoc, Flexible Hours)

Nuffield Health Northampton gym is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet members and visitors and support reception and café areas. This bank ad hoc role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and a flexible approach to shifts.

You will handle guest queries, assist the café team, and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment while maintaining basic computer skills (Word/Excel). The position offers varied hours and weekend work when needed.
