Front-of-House F&B Team Leader

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Bodiam Castle to oversee front-of-house service and lead a busy café team. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage daily service with careful attention to detail.

You'll supervise induction and training, help with kitchen tasks when needed, and maintain accurate displays. Hours are 37.5 per week, with some weekends; salary is £25,837.50 per annum, permanent position. Closing date 27 September 2026.
