About The Role

The Wellness Clinic within Harrods is seeking a dedicated Wellness Clinic Coordinator to manage front desk operations. This luxury space unites the world's leading remedial, aesthetic, and wellbeing specialists, attracting Harrods' exclusive clientele.

As the Wellness Clinic Coordinator you will deliver exceptional results through outstanding service and customer experience. Your role will encompass both customer-facing reception duties and call centre administration, including managing bookings and inquiries via telephone and email. You will also maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at the front desk, act as the first point of contact, provide a warm welcome, learn, understand and effectively communicate our extensive treatment and product offerings, and issue and manage medical forms, ensuring they are completed and returned in advance of appointments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and experience at the front desk.
• Handle reception duties and call centre administration, managing bookings and inquiries via telephone and email.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a warm welcome for all visitors.
• Communicate effectively about treatment and product offerings.
• Issue and manage medical forms, ensuring completion and return prior to appointments.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in medical, health, or aesthetic environments.
• Strong working knowledge of standard treatments and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in appointment management and multitasking across IT systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to be discreet, empathetic, and provide impeccable customer service.
• Capacity to develop strong professional relationships with practitioners and doctors.
• Experience in the luxury market and exposure to high-end clientele.
