We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Eden Locke, Edinburgh.

Our teams bring our vision of soulful hospitality to life, creating memorable experiences for our guests across our locations in the UK and Europe.

When and Where?

40 hours per week, over 5 days of the week.

We believe in working flexibly, including flexibility around working days, weekends, bank holidays and working hours.

About the Job

As a Front of House Assistant, you willmakesure our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and supporting check ins and check outs
• Handling bookings, payments and guest requests
• Welcoming guests and helping in our F&B areas
• Delivering food and drinks and keeping the space clean and inviting
• Handling guest issues with a positive and solution focused approach
• Supporting events and activations
• Working flexibly across the hotel and supporting your colleagues
• Following hotel, health and safety and brand standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
• Friendly, confident and professional communication
• Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A positive, can do attitude and willingness to use your initiative
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Confidence using IT systems

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is warm, proactive and genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for people.
