Front of House & Resident Experience Manager

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a proactive Front of House Manager at De Brook Lodge in Manchester to coordinate daily operations, manage front-of-house administration and foster excellent resident and family relations.

The role requires organisational excellence and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth day-to-day running. You will be the first point of contact for new residents, coordinate administrative tasks, and work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and service.
