Front of House & Ops Manager - Flexible Hours

N Family Club in Twickenham West, London is seeking a Flexi Front of House Manager to drive exceptional customer service and oversee nursery operations including budgeting, procurement and kitchen/cleaning teams. You'll deliver a warm, welcoming experience for parents and children and lead a busy front-of-house team within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage communications, ensure SLAs are met, and play a key role in events, newsletters and safeguarding practices.
