Front Desk Vet Client Services Coordinator

Royal Veterinary College is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join the Clinical Science and Services team at Hawkshead Campus (nr Potters Bar). The role is part-time (14 hours/week) and involves front-of-house duties, client care, and basic accounts processing.

You will handle client communications, process information accurately, and liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure a seamless client journey.
