Front Desk & Operations Agent - 20h Part-Time

Gi Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Agent to join a busy Service Centre in Basildon, Essex (SS14). This is a temporary ongoing opportunity offering stable part-time hours.

As an Operations Agent, you will be the face of the Service Centre, deliver customer service to internal teams and external visitors, and cover reception duties when required. Pay is £13.02 per hour for 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 16:00-20:00).
