Front Desk & Member Experience Lead - Gym

Crunch gym in Rochdale is seeking a Front Desk Representative to greet members, check in guests, and maintain a welcoming, efficient front desk in our fast-paced club.

You will answer phones professionally, relay event information, process member requests, and assist with retail or childcare desks as needed. Fluency in English and strong customer service skills are essential. Must be able to stand for long periods and multitask.
