Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate

Marine & Lawn Portrush is seeking a Reception Team Member to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide local information with a smile. You'll handle calls and emails, process payments, and support guests throughout their stay.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy hotel lobby. Full training will be provided, with shifts including evenings and weekends.
