Front Desk & Customer Experience Advisor

Bio-Techne in Abingdon is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues. This front-of-house role supports the Customer Services team and ensures a smooth, welcoming experience from reception through to order processing.

You will handle phone inquiries, coordinate meeting rooms and travel arrangements, log orders, and contribute to high standards of customer service across the site. Fluency in English and good IT skills are essential.
