Freshservice Consultant

Duration - 3 months (Initially)

Location - London (Hybrid)

Ir35 - Outside

We are looking for an experienced Freshservice Consultant to support the development, configuration, and optimisation of our service management platform. This role requires hands-on experience with Freshservice, strong service management knowledge, and ideally a background in higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customise Freshservice modules to meet organisational requirements
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and service catalogues
• Integrate Freshservice with internal systems and third-party tools
• Provide technical documentation and support user training
• Offer expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and configuring Freshservice (Freshworks)
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles; ITIL knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Previous experience in the higher education sector

Desirable:

• ITIL certification
• Experience with other Freshworks products
