Fresh Food Kitchen Supervisor

Centra is looking for a hands-on Food Production Supervisor to ensure the fresh food area operates efficiently and delivers high-quality products to customers in our store. You will lead a small team, manage rosters and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Centra brand-values.

You will be fully HACCP trained, stocktake regularly and focus on customer service, product quality and waste reduction to build a loyal shopper base in a fast-paced retail environment.
