Your Role - Sourcing & Recruitment

You will play a key role in growing our recruitment activity in the French-speaking market , working on both sales and healthcare profiles.

You will:

• Source and engage candidates with a sales background, from entry-level to senior positions.
• Identify and connect with healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, pharmacists, etc.).
• Use job boards, social networks, and direct approaches to attract top talent.
• Build strong candidate relationships by understanding their career goals.
• Conduct interviews and present the best profiles to clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify, approach, and qualify candidates in sales and healthcare.
• Candidate Management: Support candidates throughout the process and provide guidance.
• Market Expertise: Stay up to date with industry trends to advise clients and candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with consultants to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, recruitment, sourcing, or market research.
• Organization: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Communication: Confident on the phone and comfortable engaging with candidates.
• Autonomy: Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Languages: Fluent French required (English is a plus).

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive package - depending on experience
• Base salary: up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Commission: up to £6,000 per year, uncapped - the more you achieve, the more you earn.
