French-Speaking HR Manager: UK HR Leader (TUPE/Unions)

FRENCH RESOURCES is seeking a French-speaking HR Manager to lead a small HR team and deliver a full generalist HR service across the UK business. The role includes managing employee relations, TUPE, recruitment, onboarding, L&D and performance reviews, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
