Overview

We're hiring for a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a leading and award-winning global export company with an enviable reputation in the luxury goods sector.

Location

London - Hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Languages

Fluent French and English

Salary

£28,000 pa

Responsibilities

Our client is looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Service Executive to join a fantastic international team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and international environment in a role which will include the following responsibilities:

  • Processing of orders
  • Liaising with French speaking clients (B2B) by email and phone
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries e.g. prices, stock availability, delivery queries etc
  • Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
  • Providing a first class and quality service at all times
  • Attending events and exhibitions when required
  • Communicating with sales reps within the French speaking territories
Candidate experience / skills
  • Fluent French and English is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential - B2B experience is preferred
  • Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
