Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Manchester as they look to recruit a French Speaking Credit Controller into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership and management of an overseas debt ledger, ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts - from straightforward recoveries through to complex, long-standing debts
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels to support effective debt recovery
• Proactively driving cash collection to achieve both personal and wider business cash flow targets
• Supporting stakeholders in the effective use of external Debt Collection Agencies when required
• Promoting awareness and understanding of credit policies and Credit Management services across the business
• Collaborating closely with team members to provide seamless cover and maintain continuity during periods of absence

Qualifications

• Credit Control / Accounts Receivable or other transactional accounting experience such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, Cash Application or Billing
• Proficient in English and French (spoken and written)
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, manage your own time and meet deadlines
• Great attention to detail
