Freight Forwarders

Freightserve recruitment are looking for Freight Forwarders who have experienced with mainly Air Exports for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Windsor area.

Job Description:-

Working with time sensitive shipments, so the role is working in a fast-moving Freight department.

The role is dealing with shipments from start to finish (no customs entries) including; bookings and negotiating rates with airlines / GSA's. The successful people must be strong communicators, delivering exceptional customer services at all times.

Daily Duties:-

• Preparing all documentation including; MAWB's and HAWB's, invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin and Carnets.
• Liaising with Customs Brokers when required.
• Full compliance with HMRC customs regulations, CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) air security requirements, and BIFA Standard Trading Conditions.
• Dangerous Goods experience is desirable (or willingness to undertake training).
• Working knowledge of CDS / HMRC procedures, BIFA terms, and IATA guidelines

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
